May 18 & 19, 2018 - Miami, Florida

Thank you to all of our Sponsors and Exhibitors for supporting AMMPA and The NFL and Medical Cannabis Conference!

The conference will be the first of its kind to merge two highly controversial and popular topics, connecting traditional western medicine and medical marijuana in a professional, educational environment. Jim McMahon will Keynote at The NFL and Medical Cannabis Conference. Jim McMahon won two Super Bowl titles, one with the Chicago Bears as the starting quarterback and the other with the Green Bay Packers. He also played with the San Diego Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles, Minnesota Vikings, Arizona Cardinals, and the Cleveland Browns. Experiencing concussions and countless injuries during his NFL career, McMahon uses Medical Cannabis to treat his arthritis and chronic pain. He also praises it, saying it allowed him to eliminate his painkiller usage. Congressman Matt Gaetz will also be speaking at the conference, he is the original author of the 2014 Medical Marijuana Law in Florida and is currently sponsoring Federal legislation to re-schedule cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III.

Ex-NFL athlete, Willis McGahee, heads up the Round-Table Discussion Panel of Former NFL Players Utilizing Cannabis for Medical Conditions. Former Collegiate Football Player, Treyous Jarrells, will also be on the panel. Along with Dr. Mark Chaet and Bret Jones, who is an attorney and NFL agent. Our moderators for the Panel include Dr. Barry Gordon and Dr. Sue Sisley, two very well known names in the Medical Cannabis world.
